SHIPPING INFORMATION
Our standard shipping method is UPS or FedEx Ground within the Contiguous U.S. Please provide a valid street address for delivery. UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Some smaller orders are shipped Priority Mail within the U.S.A.
All orders are sent insured.
SHIPMENTS WITHIN THE CONTIGUOUS U.S.
COST
Shipping is free on all orders of $100.00 or more. We charge a minimal flat shipping rate for all orders under $100.00. Standard Shipping charge (UPS/FedEx Ground - Contiguous U.S.) on all orders is $8.75.
DELIVERY TIME(*Please note, some smaller orders may be shipped via Priority Mail within the U.S.A.)
The delivery times for items shipped from our Oregon warehouse range from 2-7 business days depending on what part of the country the order is shipping to. Shipping times for items that are shipped from other locations vary and are notated on the item description. Please see the individual product detail screen for shipping time frames.
Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during
regular business hours (defined as Monday through Friday, excepting holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order, you will be contacted within two business days from the receipt of your order and given an opportunity to either change or cancel your order. Some items require extra production and shipping time. Shipping information is listed for each product on the product detail screen.

SHIPMENTS TO ALASKA, HAWAII, APO/FPO ADDRESSES AND U.S. TERRITORIES
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses and U.S. Territories are sent Priority Mail using the United States Postal Service. Customers with orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will receive a Priority Mail tracking number with their shipping confirmation email.

We currently offer shipments to Canada only on our Avalanche Ranch Lighting line (product codes starting with 1253). As an alternative, many of our Canadian customers have their orders shipped to another U.S. address for transfer or pickup. Other specific items may state they are available for shipping to Canada. Please see the individual product pages for specific information or contact us.
COST
Please contact us for shipping quotes to Canada. Shipping quotes for our Avalanche Ranch Lighting line will include GST and brokerage fees so their will be no hidden surprises.
